We would like to take just a moment of your time to communicate how Garment Printer is adjusting to our current Covid-19 situation while following the guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control, as well as local governments. With employee and customer safety being our primary concern the bullet points below will outline the adjustments.


Remote offices: We have temporarily  mobilized our key office personnel to operate from their homes.  Our phone system will not be as robust with traditional features so if you get a busy tone,or prompted to leave a message please do so and we will  call back to you ASAP.


Supply Chain: We have plenty of "in house" inventory. Additionally we have been in touch with our supplier partners and have been assured that our supply chain is "Business as Usual" other than potential slight delays in the shipping process due to limited warehouse staff. 


Ordering Supplies:  We are shipping daily as usual. You can phone in or place your order online at https://www.garmentprinter.com/shop and we will ship same day

Walk In Orders: We will temporarily adjust to "unpaid walk in-orders". Instead, we ask that you call or  place your order online at https://www.garmentprinter.com/shop then make payment. We will not exchange currency on premises since our POS systems are remotely being used remotely.  Once payment is made,  select "CUSTOMER PICK UP"  and your order will be ready after 2 hrs of placing order in our reception area. Our front door will be locked yet call 562-408-6144 and we will open for you.  


Technical Support:  Please goto https://www.garmentprinter.com/tech-support submit a ticket.  We have our technicians constantly monitoring and will respond to your issue  in the order received. If a service call is warranted, we will evaluate our approach / visit  to the problem in detail while factoring  our mutual safety.
